2 Tablespoons olive oil.
3 Tablespoons fresh chopped garlic.
3 pounds spinach, stems removed, washed and chopped into 2-inch pieces.
1/4 Cup dry white wine
Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat large skillet on high heat; add olive oil
- Stir in garlic and spinach; cook for one minute.
- Stir in dry white wine, salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for one minute.
- Serve immediately.
